Chef Debbie will design your menu from thousands of recipes choices with selections ranging from Yummy! hors d'oeuvres and appetizers like:
Creamy dilled caviar (Tobiko) dip with pita wedges
Individiual mini Greek pizzas with feta, fresh basil, black olives and garlic
Marinated jumbo shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce and garlic aïoli dipping sauce
To lick~your~fingers dinner entrées including:
Slow roasted double truffle beef tenderloin with natural au jus served with celery root pureé and roasted Parmesan asparagus
Pork tenderloin stuffed with dates, dried apricots, dried cherries and pecans in a Port wine reduction served with Parmesan mashed cauliflower and fresh pears sautéed in butter and Calvados and garnished with Danish Bleu cheese
Jumbo scallops pan~seared in white wine, fresh herbs and caramealized chipolini onions served on an edemame pureé and served with ancho chili, Dijon and balsamic glazed baby carrots
And ending with belt~loosening desserts such as:
Creamy caramel and Amaretto flan
White and dark chocolate tiramisu drizzled with Kaluha raspberry sauce
